Once an enquiry is received a comprehensive site survey is undertaken to determine the exact problem and the likely solutions. The survey often consists of taking temperature measurements, air velocity readings, noise levels, humidity levels, air sampling, etc. This information is then collated to be used in the design of the system.
3. On-site Projecting of Installation
If required, full working drawings are prepared and, once approved, the equipment is ordered. The installation is undertaken by our own directly employed labour force or by fully approved subcontractors. The on-site installation is fully supervised at all times.
2. Scheme Design
Using the survey results a full scheme design is then undertaken at our offices using the very latest computer software. Equipment selections are then made to solve the problem.
A cost for the system is then calculated. We can provide complete turnkey installations, if required, incorporating such things as supporting steelwork, electrical wiring, gas, oil or steam pipework and control wiring, BMS interlinks, etc.
A presentation is then made to the client to ensure we have fully understood the problem and we have covered all the installation aspects that is required. Once we have received the instructions to proceed on a project it is passed along to our project department.
4. Commissioning and Handover
Once the project is installed the scheme will be commissioned if required and full operation and maintenance manuals will be issued.
